Burris Product Warranty Guide
Each Burris product in our catalog and on the website displays the warranty period in years. Notwithstanding statutory requirements, Burris provides warranty coverage in accordance with the legislation of the customer's own country of residence. For some products an extended warranty up to 10 years is offered by Burris.

Please understand that the warranty covers only defects in material and/or workmanship; normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use is not covered. The optical systems of certain scopes may be warranted for ten or more years, while electronic systems have a lesser warranty period. Burris, at its discretion, may choose to repair or replace the item.

Please retain the original receipt showing store where purchased, and the date. This is required when requesting warranty repair services. It is not necessary to complete a registration of warranty at the time of purchase.

After following the troubleshooting steps above, if you still believe there is a problem, you should contact the source dealer for assistance. They will instruct you concerning return to their facility for repair or replacement. Burris cannot be responsible for your product until the dealer receives it, so we recommend insuring the package against damage or loss. Shipping of the product to them is at your expense; return shipping will be borne by the dealer.
